Service was just OK. I think our waiter said 10 words to us. Would set different things on our table and not say a word. My Mussels and Wedge Salad was very good. Calamari and zucchini sticks where wonderful. We waited a long time for our entree. My husbands steak was burnt on outside not just charred. Our waiter acted like he could care less if we where there or not. When he tried to sell us drinks, sides or dessert and we declined he lost interest in us. Bad thing because we are good tippers. Would not go back for the cost and service. We have been to 801 in Des Moines. Much better place.

Every single employee we encountered from the Door Man to the HostessΓ’β¬β’s to our fab server Wes were so so kind and so professional. Every bite was delicious. Every sip as well. Truly a wonderful experience. Absolutely 0 complaints.

A fantastic steakhouse in a city full of them. Service is impeccable and very friendly. Steaks are of course the star of the menu but the sides are also wonderful (get the 1lb baked potato and the huge asparagus). Obviously everything here is on the pricier side but well worth it for a special occasion or date night. Fantastic wine list as well.

If you want a great steak in Omaha, this is the place to be! Food and drinks were absolutely wonderful. Service was a bit lacking, no introduction and some long intervals between visits. But I will keep coming back for the wonderful food and drink! Would give 4.5 stars if an option, just because of the underwhelming service.

It was our first time here and we found everything excellent. The wine list is simply amazing, the menu is a great combination of fine steaks and seafood combinations. We went their for the steaks but ended up all seafood - escargot for appetizers, the stuffed 2 lb lobster for her and nice sea scallops for me and we shared the cheese covered mushrooms. Waiter was prompt and helpful in all information asked if him. Pricey but a nice visit in warm atmosphere.

Lamb lollipops were delicious. Excellent service and staff. We came during Christmas and restaurant was decorated for holiday season. Bar menu had reasonable pricing. We will be back again for sure.

Excellent environment, however, the lamb chops were very tough. The server barely communicated with our party. The winter salad and mashed potatoes were excellent. Overall very disappointing for the price.

Had a table of 7, all of us were taken care of at the next level of service. All the prime cut steaks were great! Recommend this restaurant Γ°ΕΈβΒΓ°ΕΈβΒ will definitely come back again!

This was hands down the best steak house I have ever been to. It had an amazing atmosphere friendly staff. The steak was perfectly cooked, an amazing crust with the perfect seasoning. The lobster mac and cheese was perfect! The lobster was absolutely perfect. The garlic mashed potatoes was probably the most amazing potatoes I have ever eaten. I will be back! Like tomorrow!!!

We stopped for a drink. We were visiting with a friend. The bartender was a little distracted. Also did not know local whiskyΓ’β¬β’s. We generally gauge the place based on the bar, especially for steak houses. Note: I have dined at 801 several times. The dining is awesome. This was for the bar.

First time visitor. Went for a work Christmas party. I was extremely impressed by everything! The food was phenomenal! The decor and atmosphere was amazing! The service was the best I've ever experienced! I will be visiting again!

A really descent restaurant with older style charm. It has a lot of railroad/train motifs going on and has a very interesting style. The steak was good, the sides were very nice. The Asparagus was ok and the Mushrooms were absolutely amazing. Their bar is very well stocked and the staff are decently pleasant.
